I knew the name of this mod at one point but it tracks enemy cooldowns and announced when they are used/back up. Like "Annoyingrogue-Ysera has used cloak of shadows" or "Cloak of shadows is up". Something like that.

I'm talking about texts announcements, not the bars.

Anyone know? thanks a bunch.

Great thanks. Though I can't seem to actually get it to announce anything in the center of the screen. Only in party chat - even though I have it set to center of screen. GAH.
