Noob healing question for 2.4.3

For a start, I would like to explain the way i heal in feral.
Cyclone --> Regrowth and while casting regrowth I swap my weapons.
As of 2.4.3, when I swap my weapons I'll stop casting.
So I played with the swapping, tried swapping in bear/cat before pressing regrowth but i suffer a 1 second GCD and because of latency, end up wasting 2 seconds.
So can anyone help me on that swap/spell rotation?

I cant really help you, but I think, either doing it in form, or do it in normal, is the only way.
If you have an addon for it, swap + equip, you just have to press it twice, and it will cast, I dont think there is any way to do it, except manual, since the patch havnt been out for very long, I have no experience with it, only know that if I press twice, my macro works.

Well my addon just swaps my weapons with 1 button, but i don't use a macro to swap and cast regrowth at the same time.

The way I'm going to try and cope with it is swapping weapons during a global cooldown. So basically I have to adjust my rotation to first include an instant cast when i switch out (Lifebloom on me or my partner, e.g.) and switch weapons during that global.

This nerf is seriously annoying and makes me want to play boomkin more than feral. :<

As far as i tested it on test realm (only did it once) and as far as i remembered, they did delete the weapon swapping global cooldown. So now after weapon swapping there won't be a cooldown so

I tried but there is a GCD during combat but when out of combat there isn't one for switching.
Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm going resto soon anyway feral druids just get ignored to the limit that they prefer prot pallies > feral druids

yah why would blizzerd do that its seriously annoying but eventually youll cope and just deal with it, not likes its going to just go away. and honestly if i switch right before i pop there really isnt a big deal i havnt really had it be a big problem for me its more of just an.. annoyance
