I win all the time. It's all about balancing out healing and damage dealing. My tactics are just to open op en bleed the best I can. Then I use maim all the time.

Maim (sometimes also cyclone), heal. I am using a glyph of healing touch. With 5 points in naturalist I have 1 sec cast on healing touch.

Why am I using this tactic?

Well - I burn all my energy and then start to crowd control a little. That means I regenerate energy while my opponent is unable to do shit and I heal myself.

This works extremely well. The thing is that most feral druids stay in their form and rely entirely on frenzied regeneration for healing. You'll lose that way.
