Stat questions

Hello,

I'm playing a restoration druid on laughing skull (EU). And as it bores me now I'm preparing to turn feral in season 4. But as I was checking for which gems I should be picking, I watched Chrille's armory page finding these gems:

24 AP & minor run speed increase -- Is this recommended as your talent already allows speed increasing? Wouldn't extra crit dmg meta be better?

10 resilience -- Is this needed? (neck gem)

20 AP -- Is this better than gemming for 10 agi, or 8?

10 critical strike rating -- Better than gemming for agility?

10 Strength -- Bear DPS prio over cat?

10 Hit rating -- Is this needed to prevent misses? Without it you'd be at 77 hit rating

Explenation would be very welcome

EDIT: What's your crit chance & AP in cat/bear?

Yes i would also like to knwo the reasoning behind the meta gem.

(Hmm if you get speed enchant on legs & meta u could get 61% in cat passive (not sure they stack tho)

i use the agility + crit (agility is a rly good stat the way i see it)

sure footed on your boots instead of boar or cat, 24 ap minor speed because you wont use 2 blue gems in s3, if i read it right we will in s4 ;o s4 gems will be very differnt im sure.

I was thinking of going for the new 5 crit strike rating 10 ap gems on neck

he got the str gems from back when NI was 50% of you str and he just cba to changing them if im not wrong
