Minor run speed increase for feral?

Does it make a lot of sense to have the +24 AP minor run speed Meta gem or Boars Speed/Cats Swftness? I mean the only thing faster than a feral druid is another feral druid with speed increase. And since ferals are rare I dont really see how this will come in all that handy. Granted it would help when shifting out to HoT and run, but shifting out to heal when melee dps is on you isnt all that smart anyway. Am i missing something or am i right in thinking it would be more useful to get Fortitude or the agility enchant to boots? Opinions please
